PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Hiring is the most important decision companies
make, but interviewing and selecting candidates are often not emphasized.
Hiring the right candidates can put a company ahead of competition, reduce the
high cost of turnover and improve employee engagement. To make a successful
hire, managers and supervisors have to be equipped with strategies that will
support them in selecting top talent and avoid the wrong candidates.
This 1-day workshop will give the participants an
in-depth explanation of the interview process, the types of interviews and good
questions to ask. Participants will explore unfamiliar aspects and learn how
they can identify and select the right candidates for their organization.
