Training Needs Analysis or TNA is a tool that is used in an organisation to determine the training that is required for its employees

By carrying out this in-depth analysis on a yearly basis, the said organisation can determine the knowledge, attitude and skills gap that is currently present among its employees. This gap can be used to then formulate the right training and development programs

TNA is an effective process which ensures that the right training is provided to the right employee at the right time at an reasonable cost for the mutual benefit of the employee and the organisation
