LEADERSHIP ON THE SHOP FLOOR

INTRODUCTION


The term Leadership is the ability of an individual to influence & guide followers or other members of an organisation. It involves making sound & sometimes difficult decisions, creating a clear vision, establishing achievable goals & providing followers with the knowledge & tools necessary to achieve those goals. There is a specific set of skills that is absolutely necessary for a leader on the shop floor.
In this workshop you will learn about the characteristics of a leader on the shop floor, leading change on the shop floor, types of leadership, quality on the shop floor, empowerment & also what is it to think differently on the shop floor. It will be presented with many real life case studies, stories, videos and many more exciting methods.
This program is designed in line with achieving the company’s value, it will allow trainees an opportunity to further develop these leadership values and put it into practice. These values should become the culture of every leader tomorrow beginning today.

OBJECTIVES
