REVIEW OF PSMB (HRDF) TRAINERS' DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad or HRDF is currently establishing Trainer Development Framework for HRDF Certified Trainer. The purpose of this framework is to uplift the quality of HRDF certified trainers. This framework will:

1)       define a required quality standard that HRDF certified trainers must always comply to;

2)       identify assessment methodologies that will allow standardized assessment of HRDF certified Trainers;

3)      create a pool of competent and skilled Trainer professionals which will contribute to better quality trainings for the Malaysian workforce.

As such, we would like to invite you to the Review of HRDF Trainers' Development Framework Engagement Session which is scheduled as follows:
